The Nominations Team (NT) exists to recommend individuals for appointment to the Church Council, permanent teams (committees), working groups, or other service roles of Southwood United Church (SWUC). This includes:
- Discerning who is a good fit for various roles of service within the congregation;
- Consulting with members and adherents of SWUC to expand the community of discernment;
- Approaching identified individuals and inviting them to serve;
- Nominating individuals to the Council, congregation, team (committee) chairs, or staff leaders.
