The Pastoral Care Team (PCT) exists to oversee the encouragement, promotion, and organization of an environment of vibrant and shared pastoral care at Southwood United Church (SWUC). This includes:
- Coordinating rosters/teams for contacting, visitation, and transportation;
- Facilitating caring and support ministries/groups/teams;
- Stewarding the leadership of prayer ministries/groups/teams;
- Maintaining a library of print and/or digital prayer and pastoral care resources for the congregation;
- Supporting the ministry team in the pastoral care components of their roles.
